Clubhouse
Rentals

The Tiburon Yacht Club clubhouse is only available for rental:
- To Regular and Associate members
of TYC who have been members for at least one year. Non-members
may not rent the clubhouse.
- For
a bona fide personal or business event of which the member him or
herself is the actual host.
Members may not rent the club for an event hosted by a
business associate or a friend or relative, however close.
- At
times when there is no conflict with scheduled club activities.

If you are a TYC member and your
rental meets the above guidelines, please refer to the following documents:

Policy: Detailed rules and charges for clubhouse rental.
- Rental
Application: Complete this application and forward to the
Rentals Manager for consideration by the Board. All
rental applications must be presented to the TYC Board for approval.
- Rental
Contract: Formal contract to be executed prior to your rental.
